| Details: Accounting Manager  The Accounting Manager will manage, direct and coordinate the accounting activities of the organization including financial reporting, accounting consolidation, general ledger maintenance, accumulating periodic financial forecasts and the development of the annual financial plan. A key success factor in this position is the ability to take a hands-on approach in working with the management team and finance staff to maintain the integrity of the financial accounting and control systems and implement actions to measure and drive continuous improvement. The position requires strong accounting and business process skills. Position Responsibilities Complete international financial consolidation and periodic reporting including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements Assure reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts and accuracy of internal management income statements Prepare management reports and financial analysis for all entities (including international) Establish and implement strong internal controls over all financial accounting functions Manage multiple accounting functions regarding daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Maintain and improve the financial control system to maintain integrity of financial information.
